<div>Some of you have objected that sending the new WB draft one week before the meeting is too late for a proper review of the document (a 2-week delay is usually respected). I agree. However most of the previous version (sent in August) has just been shifted
to the annexes. So if you had comments regarding this part, they should still apply.</div>
