[SLS-CC] Book 211.x - disapproval of CESG Poll - proposed way forward

Hi all,
Some updates concerning the disapproval of Prox-1 C&S books.

You can find in CWE (don't forget to login first) the feedback received by CESG that led to the disapproval of the Books.

Many comments are editorial, but re-iterating internally with Nicola, for which he is book captain of 211.2 and 211.1, we noticed some comments that will require an iteration.
Thus, we thought best to present an updated version answering all comments at next Spring meeting.

@Matt Cosby<mailto:matt.cosby at goonhilly.org> could you please coordinate something similar for the 211.0-B and 235.x-B in SLP WG?

Book 211.2 was disapproved by the CESG with comments. I've attached the document with the poll comments added. I have already implemented the editorial comments. When the WG feels it has addressed all the comments, please resubmit it with a new resolution from the AD.
