I am investigating internally, but I am afraid we will need to do a new iteration,

Book 211.2 was disapproved by the CESG with comments. I've attached the document with the poll comments added. I have already implemented the editorial comments. When the WG feels it has addressed all the comments, please resubmit it with a new resolution from the AD.
