[SLS-CC] SLS-CC chair resignment

Dear colleagues,
Due to an upcoming re-assignment of my role in  ESA, I have been asked to facilitate the transition by resigning from the role of C&S Chair, and CCSDS, with immediate effect.
I wished at to support Spring meeting 2026, to meet you a last time, but unfortunately this will not happen.

I realise this comes in the worst moment, right during Spring 2026 preparation, and may affect the working group activities.

SLS AD/DAD if you can please proceed in opening the role of Chair, for possible candidates,
