[SLS-CC] informative paper on S-Band proximity-1 test data

Dear WG,
Please be informed that Faramaz provided an input titled 'Preliminary Test Data Using Revised S-Band Lunar Proximity-1 Protocol' available at https://cwe.ccsds.org/sls/docs/SLS-CandS/CWE%20Private/Meeting%20Materials/2023/2023%20-%20Fall/

Since the input was not formally announced and sent within deadline, I am unable to accept it formally for the Fall meeting.
However, considering it is one page and impacting no CCSDS book, I believe it can be still provided to the WG for information, and briefly presented in the joint RFM/CS/SLP meeting.

Then, a formal and more detailed input can come at next meetings.
