Hi Ignacio,
 I forgot one resolution - C&S Charter update in attachment (that based on 
YB, it goes to CMC pool), based on our last SLS plenary discussion.

Hi Ignacio,
 I hope this finds you well.

Our WG has some pending resolutions from past emails, and some new to be 
processed from previous meeting. 
For your convenience I will do here a digest.

I was wondering if you could process them before next Fall meeting.

They are in order of priority

I put in CC also Dennis, since some resolutions are in agreement with RFM 
(being shared books)

-BB 131.0-B, TM C&S, start Agency Review: It includes an update of the 
pseudo-randomizer (Section 10), that has been extended from 255 bits to 
131071 bits.
This is for avoiding the problem of the spectral spikes in high data rate 
links, a well-known issue, that has a major design impact in many missions 
(e.g., Earth Observation).

-BB 131.2-B, SCCC, start Agency Review: the BB implements the so called 
liberal approach, and replaces the word CADU with SMTF, in line with the 
other BBs and GBs.
