[SLS-CC] RIDs disposition for 131.2-B and 131.0-B and SLS resolution

 with reference to Agency reviews for 131.0 and 131.2, please find 
enclosed the RID dispositions.

I kindly ask a resolution for publication of these two books, and attach 
the RID disposition for Tom's implementation.
