[SLS-CC] Editorial update of DVB-S2, S2X, and SCCC-X - CADU vs SMTF

Dear all,
 concerning the replacement of the word CADU with SMTF, as agreed, please 
find in attachment the proposed edits for the DVB-S2 Blue Book (131.3).
The BlueBook completed the Agency Review during Summer, but it was pending 
still SLS resolution for publication. 
Hence, we are trying to perform the editorial changes on the existing 
document.

In parallel, although not discussed during the Fall meeting, I'd like to 
propose to perform the same changes for the SCCC-X and DVB-S2X (131.21 and 
131.31, respectively).

If you could please have a look to those few editorial changes in the 
three docs in attachment, and let me know if there is any opposition no 
later than 10 November 2021, EOB.

NOTE: SCCC Blue Book will do the same. I am waiting to have the resolution 
for publication and then inject the same editorial changes.
