Dear Massimo,

let's wait for paper inputs deadline before deciding how to handle the
remote meetings of both WGs.

Regards, Enrico

Subject: C&S Fall meeting, agenda

Dear colleagues,

please find the agenda for our October C&S meeting (also available in
CWE).
As you know the meeting will not be in person, so we'll need to decide how
to handle it.
My proposal is to spread the meetings over 2 days, Tuesday 27 and
Wednesday 28, assuming
that the RFM WG will "meet" on Monday 26, to avoid any overlap.
We won't have a joint C&S/RFM meeting, but a number of topics are of
obvious interest to both groups.

My initial proposal is to start the the meetings at 4pm CET.
Starting at that time, we may have around 2-3 hours available per session.
I realise that the solution is not good for WG members joining from East
Asia, and probably only marginally better for those on the US west coast.
At the moment I cannot think of a solution good for everybody, but I'm
more than willing to listen to your suggestions.

Best regards,
Massimo
