Fall meeting, agenda</span>

agenda for our October C&S meeting (also available in CWE).</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">As you know the
meeting will not be in person, so we'll need to decide how to handle it.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">My proposal is
to spread the meetings over 2 days, Tuesday 27 and Wednesday 28, assuming</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">that the RFM WG
will "meet" on Monday 26, to avoid any overlap.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">We won't have
a joint C&S/RFM meeting, but a number of topics are of obvious interest
to both groups.</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">My initial proposal
is to start the the meetings at 4pm CET.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Starting at that
time, we may have around 2-3 hours available per session.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">I realise that
the solution is not good for WG members joining from East Asia, and probably
only marginally better for those on the US west coast.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">At the moment
I cannot think of a solution good for everybody, but I'm more than willing
to listen to your suggestions.</span>
