[SLS-CC] C&S Fall 2020 meeting: organization and deadlines

Dear all,

as you are certainly aware by now, the CCSDS Fall meeting will take place 
remotely, as for the Spring one.
CESG recommended holding the technical meetings between 26 October and 13 
November.
For the time being, I would recommend targeting the week 26-30 October, 
and adapt later in case of special needs.
With this in mind, I would kindly ask you to follow the usual procedure 
and deadline for the inputs:

- Monday 28 September (4 weeks before the meeting) for the inputs 
indication (titles)
- Monday 12 October (2 weeks before the meeting) for the actual inputs

Once we have the list of inputs we can fine tune the planning.
