aware by now, the CCSDS Fall meeting will take place remotely, as for the
Spring one.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">CESG recommended
holding the technical meetings between 26 October and 13 November.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">For the time being,
I would recommend targeting the week 26-30 October, and adapt later in
case of special needs.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">With this in mind,
I would kindly ask you to follow the usual procedure and deadline for the
inputs:</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- Monday 28 September
(4 weeks before the meeting) for the inputs indication (titles)</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">- Monday 12 October
(2 weeks before the meeting) for the actual inputs</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Once we have the
list of inputs we can fine tune the planning.</span>
