[SLS-CC] C&S AI_20_08: comments to channel model for the validation of (turbo) channel interleaver

Dear colleagues,

by the deadline (15 December) for AI_20_08, I haven't received any comment 
of the ESA proposal for the
channel model to validate the turbo channel interleaver (except the "no 
comment at this time" provided by the GSFC team).
Based on this, I propose to close the action.

I take the opportunity to wish you and your family a happy new year...and 
I really hope it's going to be a better one for all of us.
