[SLS-CC] C&S WG CWE organization

Dear all,

I've recently restructured a bit the C&S WG CWE organization.
Beside the meetings material (always there) I added the following:
- Books in production   suitable for books under discussion and (almost) 
ready to go
- AI list                       the action item register that I'll try to 
keep update in real-time, every time actions can be closed
- On-going work         everything else. For now I have a Channel model 
folder, with the input recently provided by Wai and his colleagues
                        Maybe we can use the structure to add relevant 
discussions and keep track of them.

I hope the structure is understandable and acceptable for you.
