Dear colleagues,

ESA (Andrea) just provided an updated version of the SCCC-X (131.20-O)
Orange Book, including the simulation results (annex), as agreed in
Darmstadt (AI_19_11 in the minutes).
With this message, I would like to start the WG review.
Similarly to the on-going review of the DVB-S2X Orange Book, your comments
are expected by in 6 weeks, with deadline 17 December.
As for other WG reviews, we don't have a standard format for the comments.
You can use the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you
wish so, but you are not
obliged to do so.
Please address the comments to Andrea (andrea.modenini at esa.int) and
myself, we will take care of collecting them.
If you wish, you can also use the following CWE area to leave your
comments (in that case I would appreciate if you let me know)

Best regards,
Massimo
