[SLS-CC] 131.20-O draft Orange Book (SCCC-X) WG review -> Possible Error in Figure 5-6, that appears also in other books

Dear colleagues,
 if I can comment myself:

Figure 5-6, "Frame Descriptor Code Structure", I noticed that at the
output of the P/S line, there is

y1, y1 x b7, y2, y2 x b7, ...

while in my opinion it should be an EXOR with "+".

For information to the WG, I have seen the same issue in the SCCC
BlueBook, and in the ETSI DVB-S2 and DVB-S2X books (to which S2X orange
and S2 blue books refer to), so it appears a notation error that was never
spotted.

Unless there is some disagreement, for the time being I will change Figure
5-6 of the SCCC-X Orange Book as part of this review, while for the other
books it is something that we will need to correct/tackle in future.

Deadline 17 December
Sent by: "SLS-CC" <sls-cc-bounces at mailman.ccsds.org>

Dear colleagues,

ESA (Andrea) just provided an updated version of the SCCC-X (131.20-O)
Orange Book, including the simulation results (annex), as agreed in
Darmstadt (AI_19_11 in the minutes).
With this message, I would like to start the WG review.
Similarly to the on-going review of the DVB-S2X Orange Book, your comments
are expected by in 6 weeks, with deadline 17 December.
As for other WG reviews, we don't have a standard format for the comments.
You can use the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you
wish so, but you are not
obliged to do so.
Please address the comments to Andrea (andrea.modenini at esa.int) and
myself, we will take care of collecting them.
If you wish, you can also use the following CWE area to leave your
comments (in that case I would appreciate if you let me know)

Best regards,
Massimo
