Descriptor Code Structure", I noticed that at the output of the P/S
line, there is</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">y1, y1 x b7, y2,
y2 x b7, ...</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">while in my opinion
it should be an EXOR with "+".</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">For information
to the WG, I have seen the same issue in the SCCC BlueBook, and in the
ETSI DVB-S2 and DVB-S2X books (to which S2X orange and S2 blue books refer
to), so it appears a notation error that was never spotted. </span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Unless there is
some disagreement, for the time being I will change Figure 5-6 of the SCCC-X
Orange Book as part of this review, while for the other books it is something
that we will need to correct/tackle in future.</span>

Similarly to the on-going review of the DVB-S2X Orange Book, your comments
are expected by in 6 weeks, with deadline 17 December.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

As for other WG reviews, we don't have a standard format for the comments.
You can use the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you
