The CMC has just decided unanimously that the 2016 Fall meeting will be 
held at ASI (Italian Space Agency) premises in Rome, Italy with the 
following schedule 
Technical Meeting        17th Oct 2016 - 21st Oct 2016 
CESG Meeting                24th Oct 2016 
CESG./CMC                 25th Oct 2016 - 27th Oct 2016 
Note: There was no clear winner from the WGs/Area's feedback (i.e. 6 or 7 
No's for Option 1 and similarly for Option 2)
