[SLS-CC] Pink sheet to 131.0-B for the introduction of "sliced" LDPC - > DEADLINE for WG Review: 15 December 2015

Dear colleagues,

following our meeting, Victor has been very fast in closing the action on 
him (even before I could distribute the minutes with the action) and he 
has already provided
an update pink sheet to 131.0-B based on the agreement reached in 
Darmstadt, regarding the introduction of slicing for LDPC.
As agreed, the draft is made available for a last WG check.
Your comments are expected by 15 December 2015 (4 weeks), as I will record 
in a specific action in the minutes.
Following that, I will request the AD to start the Agency Review.
