on the agreement reached in Darmstadt, regarding the introduction of slicing
for LDPC.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">As agreed, the draft is made available
for a last WG check.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Your comments are expected by 15 December
2015 (4 weeks), as I will record in a specific action in the minutes.</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Following that, I will request the AD
to start the Agency Review.</font>
