Massimo,It would be fair to WG members extending the due date for AI 15-9  by 15 days to the end of December (or a bit later to account for Xmas time) as the pink sheets have been delivered 15 days after the due date (AI 15-8).

following our meeting, Victor has beenvery fast in closing the action on him (even before I could distributethe minutes with the action) and he has already provided
an update pink sheet to 131.0-B basedon the agreement reached in Darmstadt, regarding the introduction of slicingfor LDPC.
As agreed, the draft is made availablefor a last WG check.
Your comments are expected by 15 December2015 (4 weeks), as I will record in a specific action in the minutes.
Following that, I will request the ADto start the Agency Review.
