Preparation Meeting for Fall 2024 CCSDS Meeting in London

Main TOPIC: RTP over DTN Blue Book:

- Rewrite Sec. 2 and 3 ==> DLR-Jeremy no answer, prop. no time to do
- Joshua will rewrite the Sec. 2 and 3 and forward this to DLR-Jeremy for additional input
- try to write it as an informativ not normativ section
- Point converting session annoucment modifitcation
- encapslataion with concationation
- CBOR encoding is planned GRC, Maschall already has that
- separate implementation, but are interoperability => tests

- Agencies Review => BLUE BOOK, and meanwhile the test and yellow book!

==> BLUE BOOK should be internally ready at London Meeting
-> OK, and then send it out to agency review

==> CBOR encoding is planned at GRC
-> Until the end of the year

==> Interperability Test and YELLOW BOOK should be ready
-> Until end of Januray, testing should go relativly rapid!
Two implentation send video from A to B, that would show the interoperability
