[Sis-mia] Notes from 7 September teleconference

I updated the status of our updated charter, which was approved by the CMC on 17 June.  Final Green Book draft was sent to Tom 16 August.  The resolution to submit for approval actually went in earlier on 2 May.  Green Books have lower priority so not sure when it will be processed and formally approved.

We discussed the proposed RTP project.  Mr. Allard asked Dr. Peinado to confirm whether voice is also interested in RTP and thus will be participating in this project.  Dr. Peinado confirmed Voice is interested in RTP and will participate.  Mr. Allard also asked about DTN interest in the RTP project.  I responded that DTN will be a consideration with the book and that I will ask Keith/DTN WG if they want to participate.

Next we discussed the process for entering data into the CWE to formally approved the project.  I will follow the template provided in the CWE and then share the result with everyone prior to submitting for formal approval.  I should have that completed by the end of next week.  I will include proposed support from NASA, DLR and ESA.
