Hi Jeremy,

Just a quick comment about the reference style, for the CCSDS books I'd suggest the following style (used in the LTP blue book):

Rationale, Scenarios, and Requirements for DTN in Space. Issue 1. Report Concerning Space  Data  System  Standards  (Green  Book),  CCSDS  734.0-G-1.  Washington,  D.C.:  CCSDS, August 2010.

Or

Space  Packet  Protocol.  Issue  1.  Recommendation  for  Space  Data  System  Standards  (Blue Book), CCSDS 133.0-B-1. Washington, D.C.: CCSDS, September 2003.

I'll go through the rest of the document beginning of the next week, just to give a final check from side.
