[Sis-ipo] WG review Draft of IP over CCSDS document as a result of Fall 2009 Meeting

I've placed two copies as we planned during our last meeting at ESTEC on Oct 28, 2009, on the CWE under

which contain:


1)      The edited IP over CCSDS draft magenta book that we worked on at the ESTEC meeting - see Oct 28 Sis IPO WT prepublication file

2)      The new (with word revision features removed - thank God) Dec 15 preWG review copy

Both are provided so that you can see the changes that have been made.

Moving forward I would like us to use the new version (Dec 15 preWG review copy) as our new baseline and delta off that one.

Please let me know if you have any comments on the new version.

The intent is to finalize the document by the end of this year, so that we can have the Secretariat send this book out one more time for agency review.
