[Sis-ipo] IP over CCSDS RED-3 update for review at Colorado Springs Meeting April 2009

Dear SIS-IPO members,

Please go to the following URL in the CCSDS CWE to find the latest RED-3 version of IP over CCSDS. It incorporates the current version of the CCSDS IPE shim (currently a pink sheet that completed agency review - see CCSDS web site). This capability enables the transfer of several types of IP PDUs across the CCSDS data link protocols. The specific types are also given as reference in this update.
