[Sis-ipo] Draft RID Resolutions

Greg, we can't accept the disposition on the serial bit stream. We object to
defining such a service and want it completely removed. The existing services
already provide what we need,

Dear SIS-IPO members,

Draft RID (Review Item Dispositions) resolutions have been now posted to
the CCSDS CWE SIS-IPO subdirectory.  You can view them at:

If that URL does not work, try using the following steps:

1. Login to CWE
2. go to SIShome (tabs on the top)
3. Select the SIS-IPO directory on the left
4. go to the Draft RID Resolutions directory

Please let me know if you have any comments concerning these draft
resolutions.
We will discuss them at the SIS-IPO meeting near Darmstadt in October.
