The Space Internetworking Services Area,

Considering that the following specifications are either in need of refreshing or retirement, and

Recognizing that these specifications are neither in active use nor have missions planned, and

Noting that both the Security Working Group of the System Engineering Area is in concurrence with this proposal,

Requests the designation of the following specifications as "Historical" CCSDS documents:


1.      Space Communications Protocol Specification (SCPS)-Network Protocol (SCPS-NP) 713.0-B-1,

2.      Space Communications Protocol Specification (SCPS)-Security Protocol (SCPS-SP) 713.5-B-1, and

3.      Space Communications Protocol Specification (SCPS)-File Protocol (SCPS-FP) (717.0-B-1).
