Folks, could you get your meeting days and room rqts sorted out as soon as possible?  I'm being asked to finalize out inputs soon, and there aren't many rooms available.

At present, the OMG plans to provide CCSDS with 12 meeting rooms in the Athens hotel from 11-15 April: "3 larger meeting rooms and 9 smaller breakout rooms which will each hold 10 people".

It is thus really important for each Area to compile a list of which WGs will be meeting, and when (which days, and how long), and how many people are expected in each meeting. Please give this your most immediate attention so that we do not find ourselves starved of adequate meeting space. The list of possible meetings is again attached below. Please send your complete, day-by-day list of meeting room needs to Debbie Ronning at your very earliest opportunity.
