[Sis-dtn] Aug 29 SIS-DTN WG cancelled, IETF update on Sept 4th & Need POCs for implementations

Hi,

Aug 29 SIS-DTN WG meeting is cancelled as NASA folks would be busy. It was
decided during last Thursday's meeting that the Aug 29th meeting should be
cancelled.

We will have our regular meeting on September 4th.

Brian Sipos has kindly agreed to provide a monthly update of relevant IETF
activities and Sept 4th will be the first such update. Thanks Brian.
