The SIS-DTN Working Group (6.09) will be meeting in person but will also
need videoconferencing support.  

Based on the Spring meeting, the working group has concluded that it needs
to meet for four days during the face-to-face rather than three.  We request
morning and afternoon sessions for Tuesday through Friday of the week,
ending at 1600 on Friday.  We will meet jointly with the Security working
group (already shown on your draft agenda), and have requested a joint
session for at least part of a morning or afternoon with the Motion Imagery
and Applications Working Group (6.08).  I know that attendance from JPL is
limited for this meeting, but I suspect that it may be offset by increased
ESA/DLR/UK participation, so I'd guess that the attendance numbers are about
right.

plan to meet in

As we prepare for the Fall 2023 Technical Meetings in The Hague,
Netherlands, the CCSDS Secretariat needs to compile a meeting schedule that
will accommodate the needs of each Area, WG, BoF, or SSG who plan to meet in
person. The CCSDS Technical Meetings will be a 5 Day event from 6-10
November. 

I've attached the draft schedule for the Fall 2023 CCSDS Technical Meetings
based on the Spring 2023 Meetings.  

If you have any questions or any necessary changes to the schedule, please
send them to me at AMassaquoi at asrcfederal.com

Notes:

*	Please let us know if you are not meeting in person.  WGs in "Blue"
did not meet in person last Spring.
*	The numbers for each day represent the number of in-person
attendees.  If this number is incorrect, please let us know so we can adjust
the required size of the room. 
*	If joint meetings have changed or been added, then please let us
know.
*	If no response is provided by Friday, September 22nd, we will plan
room allocation for your WG based on the Spring 2023 schedule.

The Secretariat will then process your requests and assign rooms based on
the identified needs. The plan is for online meeting registration to be
deployed no later than Friday, 29 September.
