Hi,

This is a ball that I have dropped; thanks for bringing it to my attention. As the "new kid on the block" I am sure that I don't fully grasp all of the implications of the possible answers to these questions, and so I'll want to discuss with the WG. I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Many thanks,
Bob

Dear Bob,

This is a reminder of the questions we asked Keith about the BPv7 draft Red Book SANA considerations but he was about to retire or already retired.
In the past week SANA Steering Group meeting it was mentioned that you would be the point of contact for this matter.

Best regards,

Hi Keith,

We are about to implement the changes to the SSA Registry concerning the Red Book. I would like to precise some points.

  1. By our understanding, you need to link the SSA offering DTN services
with a PoC. We already have a "PoC" field in the "Service Site and
Aperture" block and a "Service PoC" field in the "Site Service
Information" block. Won't those be sufficient?

  2. "Extend the CBHE Node Numbers registry by adding a point of contact
for each allocated range": do you need only the contact, or do you
want a link with the organization also?

  3. To extend the SSA registry to include a list of BP numbers, do you
want a link with a subset of BP numbers or just a link with the BP
     record?

  4. Would it be right to put the new BP numbers field in the "Site
     Service Information"?

Best regards,
Michel Bernier

Hello Keith,

You can "log in" with kscott at mitre.org on the sana website, you should
be able to reset your password if you have trouble with it. If you have
any issue with that, I could look into it.

concerning the draft change to the SS&A registry, we still haven't come
around to doing it.

Best regards,

Michel Bernier

Greetings.

Two questions (really 1 question and 1 issue)

Question: have the draft changes to the SS&A registry to support the
BPv7 Red Book been made?

Issue: I used to be able to login to view the SS&A registry. That seems
to have changed from my ‘old’ identifier keith.scott to requesting an
email. And, when I try to register my email in order to get access, I
get a Server Error (500) in both Chrome and Safari.

                  v/r,
