[Sis-dtn] Topics for the IETF DTN WG meeting

Ed,

Can the SIS-DTN WG get a few minutes on the ‘regular’ meeting agenda to talk about CCSDS ‘requirements’ / desirements for:

Accounting
Reliability
QoS


We don’t have any concrete proposals yet, just want to start the discussion and see if we can build cross-group (CCSDS, IETF) consensus on stuff.
