Keith,
        if I am correct, BP/LTP will not need to interface USLP (as it is 
not interfacing directly TM/AOS/TC SDLPs) since bundles shall be 
encapsulated via the Encapsulation Service that works on top of the Space 
Data link Protocols (i.e. TM/AOS/TC and eventually USLP).
Of course I believe the book is still interesting for SIS/DTN.

Responding to the comments made at our last telecon on Jan 20, I have 
posted a slightly updated (based upon the minutes in the file, USLP 
Telecon_WB_1 _2016) draft USLP white book ( with ?post_telecon1? in the 
filename) on the CWE.
