[Sis-dtn] SIS-DTN WG meeting minutes

Thanks folks.

Scott to do a ‘CGR classic’ document spin for March 1.
 - Discuss opportunistic routing extensions at meeting; current schedule would make including them difficult.  Need to discuss keeping them and pushing schedule or going with ‘classic’ CGR.
 - Target date for document completion currently in CWE is 8/1/16

Dennis to post a draft of the BP Security for CCSDS book by 2/1/16
 - Incorporate latest BPSec draft
 - WG probably will not try to track IETF (too churn)

Scott has a conflict on Monday Cleveland but only needs ~ 4hrs — I’ll work with the secretariat to try to move / swap him.

I’ll also put a copy of this in the SIS folder on CWE and solicit topics in the next few weeks.
