I am all for IPv6, but this statement is incorrect.  Mobile IPv4 is at
the same IETF standards-track level as Mobile IPv6, proposed standard,
as specified in RFC3344.  That said, Mobile IPv6 does offer several more
features and performance optimizations than Mobile IPv4:
