[Sis-ams] AMS Red Book markup #8

Hi.  I've just uploaded to the AMS CWE another small upgrade to the AMS Red Book, incorporating some tweaks to the Remote AMS language that Tim Ray suggested a couple of weeks ago.  The changes are in 4.4.9.2, 4.4.10.1.2, 4.4.10.1.3, and 4.4.10.3.2(b).  Also, the "declaration" MAMS PDU has been expunged from the specification, since there is no longer any procedure that issues it.
