[Sis-ams] AMS Red Book review

Hi, AMS fans. I understand perfectly how busy everybody is, but still
it would be good if we could at least get a start on resolving the Red
Book review RIDs before we get to the meeting in Germany. Has anybody
had a chance to look through this stuff?
