[Sea-time] Time Management meeting January 21

Hi time enthusiasts,

I hope you all had a good holiday break and were able to spend some time 
relaxing. I don't know about you, but I am looking forward to 2021, 
especially the last half of 2021, when I have hopes that the pandemic 
will be subsiding.

I have scheduled a meeting of the Time Management Working Group for 
January 21, 7-9 am PST (UTC-8). I hope this will work for most people, 
since it is our usual day at time. Please let me know if you have a 
conflict, and if the time doesn't work out, I will reschedule or set up 
a poll about it.

You may recall that we hadn't scheduled the next meeting at our last 
meeting because of some uncertainty on when we may have something worth 
discussing. Since then, Lee Pitts has completed the new section on time 
synchronization, and he will present it.

I also encourage you to review your action items from the last meeting, 
which are in the minutes of the December meeting, attached.

I hope to see you at the meeting.
