[Sea-time] Time Management WG meeting August 17

Hi time enthusiasts,

I have scheduled our next Time Management Working Group meeting for 
August 17, 7-9 am PDT (UTC-7), which is 2-5 pm (14:00-17:00) UTC. Below 
and attached are the connection details. I hope this will work for most 
people, and I apologize for the late notice in getting this out to you. 
We had a conflict for our original date and needed to reschedule. I hope 
this time works for most people, but if it doesn't let me know.

Agenda:

 1. Introduction and review of the agenda
 2. Time calibration packet formats
 3. Mission survey tables
 4. Green Book status
 5. Other action items
 6. Conclusion/wrap up

Please let me know if you would like to make any other presentation. I 
welcome your inputs and we can still adjust the agenda as needed.
