Peter,
I have dappled in spacecraft time correlation and related stuff in the past and would be interested in the BOF. (I have also dabbled in relativistic issues related to time but do not claim to be an expert.)
Victor

Dear CCSDS Colleagues,

As you heard mentioned during the CCSDS plenary, the IOAG has asked CCSDS to develop some standards for time exchange, time correlation, and time synchronization. Organizing that cross area work has fallen on the shoulders of the Systems Engineering Area. We do not, in and of ourselves, have all of the resources nor the expertise to do this work ourselves. Consequently, we are asking each of you, who have area and working group responsibilities that are related to these topics, to indicate your interest in supporting this work and to identify one individual who will address the topics from your Area / WG point of view.

Assuming that there is sufficient interest we will convene an exploratory BoF session to determine if there is a path forward that makes sense at this time. Please give some thought to how this fits into your area and also if there is someone you can identify to lead this work. We will also poll the CMC to see if they have anyone they would like to propose as WG chair.

Thanks, Peter
