[Sea-time] Time Code RIDs and Recommended Dispositions

Attached are the RIDs received from the Agency Time Code Formats Review.
The last page contains my recommended disposition for each RID.  I will
prepare and then distribute updated PINK Sheets that reflect the
incorporation of the RIDs per my recommended dispositions with a few days so
that you have the material before the meeting in Colorado Springs.  Thanks
for all the good work.
