Happy New Year …

This is a re-schedule of the standing monthly meeting that was nominally scheduled for the first Monday of January 2023.  That date falls on a JPL/US national holiday, thus needs to be rescheduled.  The next available Monday is 23 Jan 2023, so I am asking that we re-schedule this working meeting on this date.
