[Sea-sa] Updated RASDS viewpoint ontology specs

Dear RASDS enthusiasts,

During the 12 Dec 22 working session we reviewed the ontology diagrams in the attached PPT package and also the new text that Fred produced for the Enterprise Viewpoint.

RASDS Ontology clean-up

  1.  Reviewed ontology representation and agreed to use the same style as adopted for the information viewpoint (shown on pg 30), since ontologies are essentially a kind of information model.
  2.  Accepted the example, pg 18, and the Functional, pg 22, diagrams, plan to explain the slight differences in objects shown (and to mention that not all objects need to be shown on every diagram, that’s a feature, not a bug.
  3.  Changed “realization” term on Info ontology, pg 29, to align with other usages.
  4.  Accepted Connectivity Viewpoint, pg 38, without change.
  5.  Added references to Service Data Units (SDU) on pg 44.
  6.  Accepted Protocol ontology, pg 45, without change, PDU, SAP, and SDU were already present
  7.  Added note about SDU on pg 46.
  8.  Spent a lot of time on Enterprise Viewpoint, pg 50.  Enterprise VP was not a major VP for CCSDS, but is for SC14.  It includes two major object types, organizations and resources, and both must be addressed by the framework.
  9.  Had lengthy discussion about Enterprise ontology, pg 51, which required substantial edits for clarity.  Revised version which aligns with TOGAF, Zachman, and also NIST 800-207 uses of terms is included.

Reviewed Fred’s updated text for the Enterprise section of RASDS++.
