There is a list of local toll numbers for many countries.  You can, of course, also use the VOIP feature built into Webex and your computer.  This is usually very successful if you have a good network connection AND a good headset / microphone.  I have used this approach successfully with a variety of different headsets, both using USB and Bluetooth.  Lately I have been using a pair of Apple EarPods which work great.

Looking forward to these meetings.  "See you all" in a couple of weeks.
