[Sea-sa] SEA SAWG Telecon tomorrow, 0700 PDT

Dear SAWG,

We have a telecom planned for tomorrow, Tuesday, 13 August 2019 starting at 0700 PDT.  I just uploaded a revised version of the document that fills in many of the remaining holes.  I think we still have some work to do (surprise!!), but we are close to completion.  For instance, Sec 5.3.5.3 on SOIS subnets and "flow labels" is still confusing and feels vague, and Sec 9.3 is one of the weakest right now in terms of content, but that may be OK given the subject.  Sec 9.5 is still hung up waiting on resolution of the "Three Cases" among Jonathan Wilmot and Mario Merri.  We cannot complete that, nor the SOIS / MOIMS YB document, until that has come to closure.
