Dear All,

The results of the Doodle poll have indicted that Tuesday, 10 Nov, at 1730 local Darmstadt time, following the working meetings, is the best time for us all to meet.  I’ve scheduled a WebEx for any who cannot make it directly to the meeting and you can use the attached .ics file to put it on your calendar.

As soon as I get a meeting room from Nick Tongson I’ll let you all know.
