Hi Peter,
SA WG and MPS WG don’t overlap, so works for me. Would have liked more time to sit in on SM&C, but you can’t have everything!
Cheers
Roger

Guys,
Here is the draft of the meeting room schedule with all of the changes that I know about. If any of you have considerations that are not reflected, please let me know ASAP. We need to get feedback to the ASI organizers this week.
Thanks, Peter

David, et al,
I have made one more change to the SEA meetings. I am showing the SSG and the XML SIG as a combined meeting. We can usually accomplish these two in one afternoon so I show them combined on the schedule. The D-DOR is also meeting separately because of a scheduling conflict with the WG chair, so you get that room back for other purposes.
I will note that the SAWG meetings may run into some schedule conflicts since most of the members also participate in the SOIS and MOIMS SM&C meetings which are contemporaneous. There is not much to do to fix that. The other joint meetings I am aware of, re Sec WG and SDLS WG seem to work.
I only see one Boot Camp, I guess that is intentional and I am fine with that.
I am also curious why there does not appear to be an SLS plenary at all, nor does either SLS or SIS have a plenary on Friday, but that is certainly their business. I just wondered if it were an over-sight?
Thanks, Peter

Subject: Fall 2016 Meeting Planning - Action Requested
Dear Working Group Chairs,
As a reminder, during the Fall 2016 CCSDS technical meetings in Rome, Italy the working groups will be required to optimize their room usage to accommodate the use of only 12 rooms throughout the 12 days that we will be present at ASI. As such, I have taken it upon myself to make several small changes to the attached agenda based upon the Spring 2016 CCSDS meetings in Cleveland, Ohio, changes are in Yellow.
I did my best with these changes to accommodate working group members’ attendance in other meetings per the attendance sheets and to also retain meetings that met in serial during the spring meetings. To better plan the meetings, I have used “.5” representing half a day of meeting to count the number of meeting days and the number of meeting rooms required by each day and each week. Those calculations are in the left-hand and the bottom-columns. Where you see a .5 (or .25 in the case of a Plenary), the presumption is that the WG will meet during that date and time.
If you can please review the attached draft room planning schedule and return to me any suggestions/changes that you require no later than July 8th, 2016 that will allow me time to iterate the schedule and provide a response to the CESG chair by the date requested.
Thank you for your attention and review.
All the best,
-David
