The D-DOR is also meeting separately because of a scheduling conflict with the WG chair, so you get that room back for other purposes.<o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>I will note that the SAWG meetings may run into some schedule conflicts since most of the members also participate in the SOIS and MOIMS SM&C meetings which are contemporaneous. There is not much to do to fix that. As such, I have taken it upon myself to make several <i>small</i> changes to the attached agenda based upon the Spring 2016 CCSDS meetings in Cleveland, Ohio, changes are in <span style='background:yellow;mso-highlight:yellow'>Yellow</span>. <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US> <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span lang=EN-US>I did my best with these changes to accommodate working group members’ attendance in other meetings per the attendance sheets and to also retain meetings that met in serial during the spring meetings. To better plan the meetings, I have used “.5” representing half a day of meeting to count the number of meeting days and the number of meeting rooms required by each day and each week. Those calculations are in the left-hand and the bottom-columns.
