line for CCSDS Agency review:

       CCSDS 142.0-R-1.  Optical Communications Coding and
                        Synchronization.  Red Book.  Issue 1.  June 2018.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard specifies 
channel coding and synchronization schemes for free space optical 
communications systems used by space missions.

The due date for receipt of Agency review comments by the Review 
Coordinator is 7 September 2018.  More information is available at 
the Web site identified below.
